But if you want expert help in actually changing your behavior so you become a much more effective leader, we might be a good fit. Coaching is action-focused. Yes, we will talk a lot about your goals, the problems, and the why behind them so that you understand them…so that you can take action and make the changes you’ve probably known you needed to make, but weren’t sure how.
My coaching program is designed to meet your specific needs. Rather than teach from a workbook or pre-defined curriculum, I help you set clear goals and identify obstacles in your way. Then, I pull in the relevant frameworks and strategies that will help you overcome your obstacles and reach your goals.
It’s not about me teaching you what I think is important. It’s about me helping you understand and practice the skills that you need in order to have the career and life you want.
